  1. Mon. Isaiah 6:1-13
In this reading Isiah notices that he has seen God and has unclean lips. The Lord gave Isiah a message to deliver to everyone. The Lord told him to spread it always. I realized that I really needed God's forgiveness when i disobeyed my parents and should have listened to them.

  2. Tues. Isaiah 53
In this reading the Bible told me what all God goes through just to love us all. The Lord went through all the pain and did not complain one little bit. The Lord does great things for those who obeys His word, and He forgives everyone's sins. I would describe as the Lord did the impossible just for our sins to be forgiven. That is more important than any worldly idol.

  3. Wed. Jeremiah 1:1-9
In this reading the word of the Lord came to a priest in the territory of Benjamin when the people of Jerusalem went into exile. The word of the Lord came to Isiah telling him that the Lord knew him before he was born. The Lord told him not to be afraid. I think that God could use my life for anything including winning someone to Christ.

  4. Thurs. Jeremiah 36
The Lord's word went to Jeremiah and then Jeremiah called Baruch and he wrote the message Jeremiah gave him on a scroll. Baruch read this at the temple of the Lord and in front of all kinds of people. After the officials heard of this they sent for Baruch to read it to them. The officials told him to go hide with Jeremiah, and he gave the scroll to the king who burned the scroll after reading some of it. The Lord simply told Jeremiah to dictate another scroll for Baruch to write. There is a risk that my friendships will get destroyed because of my love for Jesus and their burden.

  5. Fri. Jeremiah 38:1-13
The Lord told Jeremiah that whoever stays in the city will die, but whoever leaves will live. They wanted to put him to death for speaking this, so they put him in the cistern full of mud. The king heard of this and told Ebed-melek to take thirty men and lift Jeremiah, and they did so. My life when I am at my dad and step mom's apartment always feels like I'm stuck in mud that I can't get out from or say anything to them positively.
