  1. Mon. Ezekiel 37:1-14
In this reading the spirit of the Lord sent Ezekiel into the middle of a valley filled with bones. The Lord told him to prophesy to the bones to make them live and while he was the bones formed together with no breath. He then heard from them that they represent the dried bones from Israel of their army. I understand God's plan for the world by praying to Him and letting Him shine His light upon people to show them their own purpose.

  2. Tues. Daniel 1:1-21
The king ordered Ashpenaz to bring bring royal Israelites to his presence. The king gave the ones chosen new names and ordered that they be trained for three years. Daniel said that he was afraid of the Lord and then told the guard to test his servants. The guard was pleased with this test and changed his servants' diet. He would be astouded of how much responsibility I have, but he would treat like everyone else.

  3. Wed. Daniel 2:1-24 A King’s Dream
In this reading the king had a dream that troubled him that he wanted only the astrologers to interpret it. Daniel along with many others was to be put to death, but he spoke up and if he could interpret the dream. Daniel told his friends to plead along with him, and he told the king thathe could interpret it. In situations that seem hopeless I pray to God with full hope that he will fix the complications.

  4. Thurs. Daniel 2:25-49 The Meaning of the Dream
Who gets the credit when things go right in your life?
In this reading the guard told the king that he has found Daniel who could interpret his dream, but Daniel says that only the Lord can through me. Daniel got the dream from God and now had to interpret it for the king. Daniel interpreted it for the king with the Lord's help, and Daniel was put in a high position. I think that God gets gets the credit for good things because he is the reason for every good thing and maybe some "bad" that may turnout good.

  5. Fri. Daniel 3: 1-30 Three Friends in a Furnace
In this reading King Nebuchadnezzar made a statue, and whomever did not fall into worshiping it when they heard music then they go to furnace. Shadrach, Meshach, and Abendigo believed that the Lord would deliver them from the furnace if they don't worship the statue. The king ordered the furnace even hotter and the three fell into the furnace. The king saw the three walking around the fire with the son of God with them! God has protected me from family hurts and broken hearts, and many natural disasters.
