What promises need to be kept in your life?
In this reading David's people summoned a servant from the house of Saul, Ziba to see David. Ziba told David where to find Saul's grandson, as soon as Saul's grandson saw David he bowed down to show his gratitude. David said to Mephibosheth that he will granted with all of the land that belonged to his grandfather. David told Ziba that he was to have servants who would farm the land of Mephibosheth as well as himself. Some promises in my life that need to be kept are the promise that I would go to God for anything and not other idols. Also a promise that needs to be kept is the promise to always believe in the one true God.
