Wed. 1 Kings 3: 1-15 Solomon’s Wisdom
If you could ask for anything, what would you ask for?
Solomon grew an alliance with the pharaoh of Egypt and married his daughter, and brought her to the City of David. Solomon went to Gibeon and offered sacrifices when the Lord appeared and spoke to Solomon in which Solomon asked God for wisdom. The Lord was pleased that Solomon had asked for this and gave Solomon the wisdom he wanted, so Solomon went back to Jerusalem and had a feast with his court. If I could ask for anything in the world, I would ask that my dad and step-mom would somehow find salvation.
